Following just over a year of lockdowns, remote hearings and ‘the new normal’, CALA is keen to see what effect the coronavirus pandemic has had on the way we work, our workloads, and our way of life. To take the views of the profession, we have launched a survey which we invite all professionals working with international families to take. Feel free to answer as many, or as few, of the questions as you like, and all answers are anonymous. The survey will help us shape our work in future, and will help us provide a snapshot of the impact of the pandemic on our profession. It is open to solicitors, barristers, judges, social workers and other professionals working with international families, in and outside of the UK, so please do share it with friends and colleagues working in our field. The survey is available online here, and will be open from now until 7 June 2021.
